How will the gift voucher be delivered?
Gift vouchers are delivered by email. You can send it to yourself or directly to the recipient.
What can I use a gift voucher for?
You can use your gift voucher for any field bookings and any time slot.
Do gift vouchers expire?
Gift vouchers must be used within 1 year of purchase.
Can I use my voucher over more than one order/booking?
Yes. If your voucher balance isn’t used in full, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for next time.
What if my order/booking costs more than the voucher value?
You can pay the difference at checkout using your preferred payment method.
Can gift vouchers be used with discounts or offers?
In most cases, yes. If an offer can’t be combined with vouchers, it will be made clear at checkout.
Can I refund or exchange a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
What happens if I delete the email or the recipient doesn’t receive it?
Contact us and we can resend the voucher email.
My voucher code isn’t working, what should I do?
Double-check the code has been copied exactly (no spaces). If it still doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll sort it quickly.
How do I check my gift voucher balance?
If you’re unsure of the remaining balance, message us with the voucher code and we’ll confirm it for you.
